Our Cacao Ceremony and Sound Bath is an experience that will ignite your spiritual and healing journey for the best on the inside and out. Connecting to the spirit of cacao, our ancestors and ancient instruments intentionally to open up your heart space, will bring upon more creativity or help you through difficult terrain in your life. Plant based medicine and sound therapy is the medicine of the past and the future for healing on multiple levels.

This is a time to slow down, connect to what you're needing and for cacao to show you the way. Chock full of nutrients, it also helps opening the heart and getting out of our head space, allowing us to relax into the present or creates the energy we need, to move and create. Music vibrates at a certain frequency that helps attune your body and heals things that need to be healed that we might not know and intentionally we can heal. Using ancient instruments and techniques with 14 different instruments to sooth and awaken the senses. Crystal bowls, drums, gong, chimes and the voice are used. This is a powerful time to allow yourself to relax, surrender and allow someone and something to help you on your journey to feeling better or to try something new bringing you back to your natural frequency and raising your vibration.
